Michelle's classes are for everyone. They can be adapted to suit the needs of all ages and fitness levels. Yogalates, Pilates and Yoga can help in so many different ways: - Increased body awareness - really understanding which muscles are switching on and when and being able to activate the right ones - Increased core strength and stability. Protecting your lower back and improving your posture. - Increased flexibility. Having strong but inflexible muscles leaves them prone to injury. - Opens up the chest. We spend so much time hunched over these days - over laptops, phones, keyboards etc. Learning to open up through the chest will improve posture and breathing - Ease stress levels Private or small groups or join our online group class on Weds mornings 8-9am.
