About the event
Yanada is a beautiful bush retreat, nestled in a green valley between the McDonald River and the Yengo mountains. The perfect location to unwind, rest and rejuvenate. Â There's plenty of free-time so you can explore the river or the ridge, swim in the pool, swing in the hammock, visit St Albans, read, sleep - whatever you need! You can also book in a massage with Vic or a Kinesiology/Mind Body Medicine session with Michelle (for an additional fee). Take this opportunity to invest in your health and wellbeing.
According to the Chinese five elements theory the seasons are governed by fire, water, earth, wood and metal. Spring is ruled by the wood element and is about rejuvenation, growth and expansion. Our retreat activities will revolve around movement, connection and self-awareness. Movement to revitalise the body and mind; connection to nature, ourselves and to each other in order to gain a greater understanding of ourselves and our needs.Â
Accommodation is double or twin share with an option for 3 or more friends wanting to share together. Maximum number of participants will be 12. Fantastic vegan and gluten free meals provided by our chef.
