The chakras are points of energy along the spine, each associated with specific aspects of life and physical/emotional symptoms. If one or more chakras are out of balance, it may manifest as physical symptoms, emotional struggles, or mental blockages.
Balancing the chakras can involve various techniques, such as meditation; breathwork; yoga; crystal healing; sound healing and aromatherapy.
